When deciding on our service fees, we refer to the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide, as most repair technicians do. This guide is used all across the United States, and it ensures that customers everywhere are getting a fair price.
However, where we differ from most appliance repair technicians is in how much we charge for quotes and pricing, which is generally 15% below the guide’s standards. We do this because of our confidence in the quality of our work and the high esteem in which we hold our clients.

Our team is certified and we have over three decades of experience, during which we have repaired more than 100,000 appliances. After the diagnostic tests are complete, we can give you a written price quote. This will help determine if you need a repair, or if the appliance needs to be entirely replaced. In the case that the repair fees will exceed the price of purchasing a new appliance, we will inform you of the most cost-effective solution. If you choose to have our team repair your appliance, we will waive the service call fee for you.
