Do I need to be at home and available for a call during my appointment?Yes. Our team of technicians is only allowed to come to your home if someone is present to let us in. This is why we require your presence during our appointment time. If you are unable to make it to the appointment, please notify us as soon as possible and we can reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time.

Is it possible for me to create an account for billing after service?We make use of billing accounts only with clients whom our company holds a longstanding history with. If you are interested in arranging for a billing account, your company is required to complete a credit application, which will in turn be approved by our billing department. If you have any further inquiries on this subject, please contact our team at any time and we will be happy to provide you with the answers you need.
