At Atlantic Coast Appliance, we do not handle factory warranty. You are responsible for an appliance under a warranty that was contracted with the manufacturer during your original purchase. We do, however, offer 90-day warranties on all of the parts and labor our company provides.
We cannot purchase any new or used home appliances. We can only provide repair services.
You can easily arrange for an appointment by contacting us online or calling us at any time. We are able to schedule an appointment within a two to three hour space of time. 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment time, we will give you a courtesy call to notify you that a technician will soon arrive at your home. Our staff is always available to provide you with any other information.
We determine our prices based on the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide. However, we always strive to offer our customers competitive prices, so we generally charge 15% lower than the standard rates. During your service call, we charge for diagnostic services and a price quote for the required repairs. We are happy to waive this fee if you decide to purchase an appliance repair from our technicians.
Yes. Our team of technicians is only allowed to come to your home if someone is present to let us in. This is why we require your presence during our appointment time. If you are unable to make it to the appointment, please notify us as soon as possible and we can reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time.
We make use of billing accounts only with clients whom our company holds a longstanding history with. If you are interested in arranging for a billing account, your company is required to complete a credit application, which will in turn be approved by our billing department. Our trucks are equipped with modern parts for all major home appliances. In the case that we do not readily have a part available in our inventory, another appointment will need to be scheduled. Most parts that must be ordered arrive within one to five business days.
